Our internal sales team is seeking a highly motivated individual with the ability to professionally handle a constant flow of both inbound, outbound, and internet sales inquiries. We only work with consumers that are contacting us for information. NO COLD CALLING!

What are we looking for? We need individuals that excel with:

• Time management; timely verbal and written responses to customers requesting product information. Need to have the ability to plan your day in order to accomplish your goals.
• Creating value; qualifying the customer to better understand how we can assist with their needs and 'pre-selling our product before arranging an appointment for one of our nationwide Stiltz Partners.
• Closing skills; moving each customer towards the sale by showing how our product will make a difference in their daily lives. Ability to stay with each customer throughout the process from beginning to end.
• Self-motivated; show up for work each day with a motivated, can-do attitude. Must enjoy working with customers to help make positive improvements in their lives.
• Organized; managing your customer's inquiry and following through on promises.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Chrome.
• The ability to multi-task and work on 2 screens is necessary.
• Must be well-spoken and able to communicate professionally via email and phone calls.
• Must be a team player

Please note that the on-target earnings for this position include commissions plus an hourly pay, with unlimited earning potential. We do not believe in capped commissions. The basic guaranteed starting wage ranges from $15 to $18/hour (40 hours) with on-target earnings of $45k - $55k+ annual
